Having a responsibility to be in a position of leadership can feel both meaningful and overwhelming, especially when others begin to look to you for direction. Remember that true leadership is from God, not just status, and it is built on humility, obedience, and serving others with love. Join your heart with mine in this prayer.

Dear God,

Thank you for Your desire to make me the head and not the tail, positioning me for influence within my communities. It is an honor to be elevated above circumstances and to lead rather than simply follow, so as I step into this divine positioning, help me carefully follow Your commands in all areas of life so that I can remain at the top and never at the bottom. Infuse my heart with humility so that I can influence others for You rather than for selfish gain.

Help me remember that this elevation comes through obedience to You, and give me wisdom to lead with integrity and serve with love. Thank You for seeing leadership potential in me and for Your faithfulness to position those who follow Your ways.
