And I hope you give yourself more credit for the strength it took to make it through what this season asked of you.
Angel: I don’t think she realizes how heavy this month actually was for her.
God: I know. Humans rarely notice their own strength while they are busy surviving.
survival has never required gracefulness. Sometimes surviving simply looks like continuing.

Angel: She kept showing up even when she was emotionally exhausted.
God: She kept loving people while carrying her own grief quietly too.
Angel: There were nights she almost gave up on believing her life could get better.
God: And still, she kept going.
Angel: She thinks surviving a hard season “doesn’t count” unless she did it gracefully.
God: But survival has never required gracefulness. Sometimes surviving simply looks like continuing.

Angel: She is harder on herself than anyone else.
God: I know. That’s why I need her to understand this: making it through a difficult month is an achievement too. Especially when nobody fully saw how much she was carrying inside of it.
