She’s been brave in ways she hasn’t been credited for. She’s been trying so hard, and she doesn’t think it’s enough.

Surround her. Make her laugh at something small. Send her a song that meets her where she is. Let her feel held without knowing exactly how.

She needs to know she’s not alone. She needs to know the work she’s doing in private is seen. She needs to know that the version of her that’s emerging is more beautiful than she realizes.

Don’t let her give up on herself today. Whisper to her in the small moments.

Let her catch a glimpse of who she’s becoming. Let her feel a little lighter than she expected to feel.

She’s been so faithful, even when she didn’t think she was. Make sure she knows. And remind her, in whatever way reaches her today, that I’m proud of her. That I see her. That I’m with her. That what’s coming is going to be worth every moment of what she’s been through.
