You don’t have to do today alone. You don’t have to be strong by yourself.

Good morning.

I’m with you today. I see you before anyone else does. Before you’ve put on the version of yourself you’ll show the world. Before you’ve performed okay for anyone. Before you’ve checked your phone.

I see you in this exact moment. Tired. Loved. Whole even before you’ve done anything to earn it.

Today doesn’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you get out of bed. You don’t have to prove anything before the day starts. I just want you to know I’m here. I’ve been here. I’ll be here when you go to sleep tonight.

You don’t have to do today alone. You don’t have to be strong by yourself. You don’t have to manage everyone’s expectations or solve everything that’s been bothering you.

Just breathe. Just begin. Just trust that I’m in this day with you. I love you. I’m proud of you. I see what you’re carrying. I’m here for all of it.
