So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
Hebrews 10:35-36
Each time you do not give up and instead persevere, you always lead yourself to completing God’s divine purpose. Even when your promises seem delayed, or you feel like all of your prayers have gone unanswered, you must maintain your faith and boldness despite the trials in front of you.
You may struggle to put the puzzle pieces together, trying to decipher God’s plan and timing, struggling to understand what is unfolding behind the scenes. Yet, all God asks of you during these trials is to keep building your unshakeable faith and confidence, with the core belief that you will be richly rewarded when His appointed moment arrives.
In order for you to receive God’s promises—be it abundance, love, peace, joy, or fulfillment—you must first embark on the sacred journey that tests and refines you. You are intentionally presented with roadblocks, pauses, or setbacks, not to break you, but to forge you into the person God destined you to become. In order for you to fulfill the will of God, to manifest your soul’s mission, and to be of divine service in the way that He has ordained for you, you will traverse valleys and mountains in life.
The moment you feel you are lacking faith is the precise moment where you begin to cultivate it. The moment you lack confidence to keep moving is the precise moment where you feel divinely empowered to persevere. All of this is not only happening for you, but also for the greater good—for this is the testimony you will one day share, how it was through your unwavering faith even during the darkest seasons that God fulfilled His deepest promises for you.
If God feels distant during this season of your life, all it takes is one sacred whisper, one humble prayer, to draw yourself back to Him. Each time you persevere, rise up, and keep moving forward despite the pain of your reality, you are one step closer to your divine destiny. For the process between promise and fulfillment requires your endurance, trust, and an indomitable will to never give up on what He has promised you.
